Flemming Breinholt
Chairman of the board since 2021
Born: 1964
Education: Graduate diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
Background: Breinholt is a Danish citizen and former CEO of the listed Karnov Group. He has been CEO of Intermail A/S, XPonCard Group AB and is currently chairman of the board of C & Willer Petersen Legat and Plug Software AB. Flemming Breinholt has extensive experience of working in fast-growing digital platform-based companies. During his time as CEO, Karnov has developed to today having more than 80 percent of its turnover in digital services based on SaaS.

Sofia Kinberg
Board member since 2019
Born: 1971
Education: Master’s degree in leadership and organization and bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus on marketing from Stockholm University.
Background: Sofia Kinbergis a communications expert who specializes in strategic business development and brand building, both in Sweden and internationally. She was responsible for global communications at Visit Sweden and has previously worked as a communications specialist and agency manager at Food & Friends in Stockholm. Today, Sofia is CEO at Sigtuna School of Humanistic Education.

Pontus Kristiansson

Education: Master of Science in Engineering at Lund University (LTH).
Background: Pontus Kristiansson currently works as a strategy consultant for Altaverita AB. He has many years of experience in board work as chairman of the board of Realinvest AB, board member of Kollektiva Innovation Studios AB, board member of IKANO Försäkring AB, board member of Avail Intelligence AB and board member of Dignitana.

Christian Lindgren

Born: 1974
Education: University of Gothenburg.
Background: Christian Lindgren currently works as CEO at Agartha AB. Lindgren has extensive experience from roles as financial manager and administrative manager for companies such as HSB Malmö, Sparbanken Syd, Meaning Green as well as CFO and later CEO at Active Capital AB. Lindgren also has assignments as a board member in Dignitana AB, Sök & Finn AB and Adma Invest AB.

Johannes Boson

Born: 1977
Education: Master of Science in engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management at Lund University (LTH).
Background: Currently, Johannes Boson works as the Managing Director Sweden at Svea Solar AB. He has broad experience from companies targeting both individuals and companies in the electicity industry, as well as within telecom. Boson has previously worked as the CEO of Telge Energi, Business area manager for the consumer market at E.ON, Sales director at mobile operator 3 and has held various leading roles within Tele2.
