Stämman beslutade att fastställa resultat- och balansräkning för Bolaget och koncernen för räkenskapsåret 2021. Stämman beslutade även om ansvarsfrihet för styrelseledamöterna och verkställande direktören för räkenskapsåret 2021.

Safeture AB (publ) årsrapport 2021 publicerad
Den 25 januari genomförde Safeture en riktad nyemission om 38,6 MSEK. 4,6 miljoner aktier emitterades till kursen 8,40 SEK/aktie. De nya ägarna bestod av den USA-baserade institutionella investeraren Topline Capital Partners LP, Dragfast AB och Ninalpha AB.
Safeture secures financing of SEK 10 million from its largest shareholder
Safeture AB (”Safeture”) has entered into a financing agreement for the provision of loans of up to SEK 10 million with Safeture’s largest shareholder Agartha AB holding approximately 38 per cent of the shares in Safeture. The purpose of the financing agreement is to secure short-term financing of the company.
Ending 2021 above Safeture targets
2021 has come to an end, and the fourth quarter came in well. This second Covid year has brought many uncertainties for our customers and us, but we managed to grow our recurring revenue 38 % from Q4 last year. Annual recurring revenue end of 2021 amounted to 32 MSEK compared to 24 MSEK the previous year. As I see it, there were three main reasons for our growth:

The partnership means that Safture has been commissioned to develop an integrated platform for risk mitigation and incident management, Global Alert by Safeture, for G|24.

Safeture sharpens the positioning towards partners within risk and crisis management and is reviewing the financial targets
The third quarter of the year was primarily focused on key development projects and new customer onboarding. The contracted revenue was close to expectations but different in shape. The agreement lengths for the period increased but the revenue effect was limited due to this and came in at 30 MSEK in ARR, up 33 % from Q3 2020. Among the new customers signed are the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, CFA Institute, Finnish Medicines Agency and a larger non-disclosed US based customer.

The innovative platform provider for travel and employee safety, Safeture, has developed a review tool together with Aon, a leading global consulting and service company that quickly and easily checks how well companies meet the new guidance document.
ARR growth of +66% while sharpening the sales team to take on the increased demand from global customers
Despite the extensive roll-out of vaccines, the post-pandemic effects continue to linger. The sales cycle remains longer than expected, and changes in customer behavior highlighted the need to look at and evaluate our sales processes. Still, the second quarter came in strong.

I denna satsning har Nicola Dolovski utsetts till Commercial Director. Han kommer närmast från Parkster och tillträder 16 augusti.
