About GWS (Global Warning System)
GWS provides a mobile-based personal security service to businesses and consumers to protect employees, family members and individuals when they travel abroad.
The company uses mobile positioning technology and a warning system to help protect individuals against disease outbreaks, terrorist attacks, natural disasters and other potential threats. The company was founded in 2009, based on the experiences from a global SARS epidemic, the tsunami in the Indian Ocean and the terrorist attack in Mumbai, where people could have been warned earlier and received more information.
The company’s app is called Safeture; more information about the app is available at www.safeture.com

Global Warning System meets a growing need to protect employees and family members when traveling abroad, through tracking and by providing valuable real-time information on disasters and other threats that can affect a traveller.
