Global Warning System (GWS) announces new partner agreement with Athena Risk Ltd (Athena), a Business Risk Management company that offers integrated risk management solutions for businesses globally. The agreement is based on a revenue share business model.
Safeture, created by GWS, is a personal travel security service, which provides critical information directly to a traveler’s smartphone. The app delivers real-time alerts based on users’ actual location, and notifications provide local information to help travelers stay safe while abroad. Athena is a risk management consultancy whose services include analysis, assessments, planning and training to all industry sectors. Athena specializes in providing support and assistance to personnel and organizations working and travelling to developing and emerging markets. The agreement with GWS was signed for two years with a possibility to extend. Athena will integrate the Safeture Pro service in its service portfolio and rebrand it to “Travel Guardian”.
