The First North Growth Market (FNGM) is an alternative marketplace operated by the various exchanges that are part of NASDAQ OMX. Companies on the First North Growth Market are regulated by a less extensive regulatory framework that is adapted for smaller companies and are therefore not regulated by the legal requirements for trading on a regulated market.
An investment in a company traded on the First North Growth Market is more risky than an investment in a listed company. All companies whose shares are admitted to trading on the First North Growth Market have a Certified Adviser who monitors compliance with the rules. The exchange approves the application for admission to trading on the First North Growth Market.

All shares give the right to a dividend. Dividends for the new shares must be paid on the dividend record date that falls after the share's registration in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB.
Share Option Programs
2024/2027
On May 28th, 2024, a general meeting was held and decided on a directed issue of share options of series 2024/2027 to board members and employees at Safeture AB. 141 333 share options were subscribed in total. The share options were issued at the price of 1,53 SEK per option. The subscription price for exercising the share options amounts to 11,80 SEK per option. The share options may be exercised during the period May 31st – June 11th , 2027. One (1) share option gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share.
2025/2028
On May 28th, 2025, a general meeting was held and decided on a directed issue of share options of series 2025/2028 to board members and employees at Safeture AB. 75 000 share options were subscribed in total. The share options were issued at the price of 0,905 SEK per option. The subscription price for exercising the share options amounts to 9,59 SEK per option. The share options may be exercised during the period of May 29th – June 9th, 2028. One (1) share option gives the right to subscribe for one (1) new share.
